Before Scheduling
Thank you for considering Twist Salon! Before booking, please review our service menu and meet our team to find the best fit for your curl journey.
All new guest bookings must be scheduled under the "NEW GUESTS" tab. Our schedule opens one month at a time on the third Saturday of each month at noon for the following month’s appointments. All bookings are made online, and a credit card and small deposit are required. If you’re unsure what to schedule, email us for guidance.
If we’re fully booked, join our New Guest Waitlist for cancellations. Can't book a cut? Start with a Detox Treatment using the Spa Mist to pamper and prep your curls for a future Twist Cut.
Pre-Visit
Two days before your appointment, you'll receive a Pre-Visit Consultation Form via email. Please fill it out so we can personalize your experience.
To prepare for your Twist Cut, avoid heavy butters or oils (like shea butter or coconut oil) for two weeks before your appointment.
Your Visit
🚗 Parking: Free street parking is available. The spots directly in front have a 2-hour limit, but side streets have no time limit.
⏳ Cancellation Policy: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late changes will result in a 100% charge to the card on file.
💇🏽♀️ How to Arrive for Your Twist Cut:

Hair must be 100% dry and in its natural texture (second-day hair is ideal).

Avoid ponytails, buns, clips, braids, or hats that stretch the curls.

Light styling products (curl cream or gel) are okay.

No heavy, greasy products (like shea butter or coconut oil), as they can impact your results. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in additional charges or rescheduling.
